Shipments
Shipments are made within 2 working days from the order (excluding weekends) by our courier.
RETURNS TO ITALY
You can return it in Italy within 15 working days from receiving the order to get a refund or a replacement.
You will find two documents inside the package, one will be the bulletin useful for the courier for shipping which will be applied to the outside of the package and the order reference to be left inside the package where you can indicate the reason for the return and decide if get a refund or a replacement.
RETURNING AN ORDER
In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition, which includes panty liners, labels and a tag.
All items will be inspected upon receipt. The goods are under your responsibility until they are received at our office.
Please, make sure the box is tightly closed and protected by tape. We are not responsible for items received incorrectly.
The first return/replacement in Italy is free with our courier.
Prepare the package and stick the pre-printed and prepaid label on the same box (or in a box with the same characteristics and dimensions) by completing it as indicated on the return form, complete the return form and insert it inside the box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Deliveries will be made within 7 working days (weekends excluded) by our courier or in 10/20 days by POST OFFICE, in these two cases you can choose the courier you want. If you are not present at the address you indicated to receive your package, the courier will leave a business card which will tell you how to collect it. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a public holiday. In this case, expect next working day delivery.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
You may return any item within 15 days of receipt for a refund of that item.
In all cases, returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and any packaging. For example, shoes must be returned together with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.
You must insert the invoice or the reference of your order in the package (print it and insert it in the box).
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to avoid damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items returned to us in error.
International returns must be delivered at your expense within 15 days of receipt by Parcel Post to the address below:

Please send the items back to us at the above address using a traceable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will process your return promptly. Make sure your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
The refund will be credited back in Euros at the current exchange rate.
SHIPPING FEES
There are currently no prepaid return labels available. Return shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions. Customs fees incurred for returns will be charged to the customer. Domestic and international return shipping is also non-refundable and paid by the customer, not by pinup-stars.com.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EEC
The duties and taxes ascertained by the customs are the responsibility of the customer. The order can be shipped in multiple packages.
Any additional duties and taxes charged by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are usually received within 5-10 business days of the shipment date. Delivery will be made by your local postal service.
Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as next day or 2 day delivery.
Orders shipped to the following countries will be shipped via Poste Italiane International Priority Mail: Russia, Montenegro, Switzerland, USA, United Arab Emirates
INTERNATIONAL SUBSTITUTIONS
We apologize but we are unable to process exchanges for orders shipped internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service
