AKIRA New Collection 2023

Another summer is upon us and we are happy to share with you this new tale in the wonders of Japan.


Grace Milano is in fact enthusiastic to present AKIRA, the new S/S 2023 beachwear collection inspired by the Asian world. And it was precisely a trip to the Japanese continent that allowed our stylist Grazia Di Miceli to finally immerse herself completely in this fascinating"world", to unleash the spiritual essence of their culture and convert it into the art form of high fashion .

In fact, AKIRA recalls the wonders of Japan by emphasizing its lively and deep colors ranging from magenta red to mustard yellow up to the delicate shades of blue and pink. Furthermore, what distinguishes this collection are mainly dragons and mythological creatures, emblematic prints of Japanese culture and folklore; finally, our stylist is inspired by the figure of the geisha and its symbolic value and last but not least the typical architecture of Japanese landscapes where pink and white cherry blossoms and freshwater fish such as carp prevail.

Some of these are simply recurring elements, others instead have an evocative symbolic value, but surely all together they tell and describe the charm of Japan. It is expressed in all its potential through the Kimono, the most representative garment of the collection, always versatile and trendy, available in all possible variants.

Once again our stylist Grazia wanted to make us dream by managing to capture the beauty and elegance of this ethnic group.
